This is Falcone.

FALCONE Hospitality is an independent and ambitious group that has operated successful hospitality venues in Australia for decades now. We celebrate everything that’s hard-working, humble and likeable about great Australian pub culture.

We create venues that our local communities are proud of, and our team love being a part of. Our core beliefs and practices stem from good old fashioned Australian values – we love a hard day’s work, we believe in what we do, and we don’t take ourselves too seriously.

A rich history from a remarkable story

Our story began 40 years ago with the Falcone brothers, Tony and Mario. One was an Electrician and the other was a Butcher.

However, their vision and passion for bigger and better things saw them transform their simple careers into owning and operating some of the hottest venues in Sydney, hosting phenomenal live acts like Jimmy Barnes and INXS.

Decades of passion for hospitality

In the 80s, Tony and Mario owned and operated top nightclubs, including Connections, Temptations, The Sound Factory & Samantha’s, where bands like the Divinyls, The Skyhooks and The Black Sorrows played live.

In the early 90s, they moved onto the Burning Log Theatre Restaurant and then into hotels, taking over Uncle Buck’s Mount Druitt, Uncle Buck’s Penrith & O’Donoghue’s.

O’Donoghue’s is a much-loved live entertainment venue where people like Daryl Braithwaite, Thirsty Merc and the Screaming Jets have all played live.

A thriving hospitality group today

In the early 2000s, we purchased the Red Cow Hotel in Penrith, where we ran the nightclub, Dirty Secrets, which featured the likes of Timmy Trumpet and The Potbelleez.

This was quickly followed by The Office Hotel and then in 2020, The Haymarket Hotel.

Today, our three pubs are considered the best Sports Bars in the area – and we’re proud of this.
